- Hybrid OEM cars: Prius, Escape
- Plug-In Hybrid conversions: CalCars Prius+

- Conversion Kits and parts are available to turn many gas cars into Electric Vehicles
- Racing: Custom builds for racing, some are faster than gas vehicles
For OEM Cars please google the car name.
Kit Cars are a great way to go electric and not wait for OEMs. Kits for EVs such as the Electrolite Roadster are built to handle the Electric Vehicle’s requirements: batteries take up a lot of space, and their weight is an important factor. The beauty of a kit is that you don’t have to design motor mounts battery mounts and be good at welding, we’ve done the hard work for you.
Conversions: Planning, converting and building an EV is a wonderful
project. It is not cheap, and most conversion require tinkering to maintain,
but they don’t require gas, oil changes, exhaust systems, etc… most
maintenance you can do yourself.
Surf the EV Album http://evalbum.com/ to check out examples. You can convert a car using an AC or DC system, different battery technology and parts as well as kits for specific vehicles are available. We can advise you of our preferred components.
