Plug-In Upgrades

Detroit EV is Michigan's only installer of the Prius+ PHEV which upgrades the Toyota Prius to a 100+ mpg Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle. Lithium batteries are available! Detroit EV uses the proven Prius+ design from CalCars and manufactured kits from Plug-In Supply.

 

Upgrades for Toyota Prius 2004-2008 models 
Sealed AGM or Lithium Ion kit
Installation - takes 1 full day
Deposit required, balance due at time of installation
Optional at your home installation, on a dry, warm day >60F

Installations will begin in early 2009.
